How we handle the details you choose to share when contacting jānvoy.
The contact form asks for your name, email, venue or business, optional website, selected service and enquiry details. The contact form does not enrol you in a newsletter. The separate playbook form asks for your email to deliver the guide. Newsletter subscription requires a separate optional choice and email confirmation.
We use the information you choose to send to reply to your enquiry, discuss potential work and, when requested, prepare a proposal. If direct delivery is unavailable, your email application opens so you can decide whether to send the message.
The website is hosted on Vercel. Email delivery uses our configured email provider, and confirmed newsletter preferences and withdrawals are recorded in private Vercel storage. When Google Analytics/Tag Manager or Meta Pixel is configured, it is loaded only after the corresponding analytics or marketing consent. Cookie choices are saved locally in your browser. You can change or withdraw consent at any time.
The complete legal controller details, final retention periods and any additional recipients still require verification. We do not present unverified periods or legal identity information as established facts.
